New Office Guidelines for Covid-19

The guidelines below are to ensure your safety, our safety, as well as the safety of the other practitioners and clients in the building. If you have any concerns with the guidelines below, you are welcome to schedule your appointment at a later date.

  • All clients must bring their own mask and wear it at ALL times inside the building. Your mask needs to be at least 2 layers of material. Please do not use gator masks that are only one layer or bandanas. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.

  • Please wear shorts or athletic clothing that can be easily worked through. No jeans, khaki material, thick materials, or dress clothing. You will remain clothed throughout the session.

  • I will be taking your temperature with a forehead thermometer. If you have any symptoms of chills, fever, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, etc., please DO NOT COME to the office. You will not be charged, but will need to reschedule your session.

  • If I have any of the above symptoms, I will be rescheduling your appointment and ask for your flexibility in moving to a different day.

  • Park in the rear parking lot and stay in your car until your appointment time. When it is your appointment time, you can come in the back door and go directly into Room 3. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT IN EITHER WAITING ROOM.

  • We will all need to wash our hands or apply hand sanitizer before entering the room.

  • If you fall into a high risk category, we ask that you wait to schedule your appointment until a later date.

The room has an air purifier with a UV light. Appointment times have been spaced out to allow for more time to disinfect all surfaces thoroughly between sessions. We will be taking every precaution to protect each client according to the guidelines of our Massage Trade Boards, the CDC and Healthcare Advisories, and TN law in addition to our regular high standards of cleanliness.
