Your first visit will last about 75 minutes. Please complete the intake forms sent in your notification email before your appointment. The session includes discussing your health history, a Postural Evaluation, and possibly Range of Motion and Muscle Testing, followed by Clinical Bodywork/Massage Therapy. You will remain clothed in athletic clothing. Subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur the full appointment fee. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Wear clean, loose-fitting athletic clothing such as shorts and a tank top or sports bra. You will remain clothed throughout the session. Avoid jeans, khakis, thick materials, or dress clothing. If you have any questions, email us at [painfree@nncweb.com](mailto:painfree@nncweb.com).
Nashville Neuromuscular Care does not accept insurance. We do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) as payment, if your health plan covers our services. We do not require a doctor's referral in order to work with you. Please note: NNC does not diagnose. If you choose to ask your insurance company for reimbursement, it is your responsibility to file any claim, to obtain any diagnosis code from your medical provider and to provide that information to your insurance company. It will be your responsibility to handle any and all communication with your insurance provider.
Nashville Neuromuscular Care is located in the B2 Wellness Suites, Suite 203. There is a large parking lot and an elevator. Please wait in the waiting room until your therapist comes to get you.
First-time clients pay $175 at booking. Returning clients pay $140/hr at the time of service. We have a no-tipping policy; instead, please refer us to friends or leave a Google review. To book online, a major credit card is required but won't be charged until your appointment unless it's your first visit. We accept Check, Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AmEx, and HSA/FSA accounts.
Yes, you can purchase gift cards here.
No, we do not offer Deep Tissue Massage Therapy. Our sessions focus on Neuromuscular and NeuroKinetic Therapy.
