Initial Visit: What to Expect
Your first visit will last approximately 60 -70 minutes. It will include the following: Filling out paperwork and discussing your health history, including any accidents, injuries, surgeries, health issues, etc. The therapist will do a Postural Evaluation, and when applicable Range of Motion and Muscle Testing. This will be followed by clinical bodywork. Client should bring or wear athletic clothing, as the client will remain clothed throughout the session.
*Subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes and typically include corrective movement self-care to do at home.
We do not accept insurance. We do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) as payment, if your health plan covers our services. We will give a receipt after your appointment. We do not require a doctor's referral in order to work with you. Please note: NNC does not diagnose. If you choose to ask your insurance company for reimbursement, it is your responsibility to file any claim, to attain any diagnosis code from your medical provider and to provide that information to your insurance company. It will be your responsibility to handle any and all communication with your insurance provider.
Location / Parking
We are located in the Athena Center. It is a house on Erica Place with solar panels on the roof. There is parking and entrances in the front and in the back of the house. Please wait in the waiting area until your therapist comes to get you.
Payment is due at the time of service. Rates are $120/hr for Clinical BodyWork. We do offer Compassionate Pricing on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions about this, please email Angie.GrayLMT@gmail.com.
We maintain a No-Tipping policy for our Clinical Therapists. We are a results-based practice, and do not require nor expect gratuities. We much prefer that you spread the word and refer us to your friends and family, or post a positive review on Facebook, Google, Yelp, or Genbook.
To reserve your appointment Online, we require any major credit card. Your card will not be charged until the time of appointment. You may choose to use another method of payment at that time.
At the time of appointment we accept: Check, Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AmEx, Apple Pay, Venmo, and HSA or FSA payment accounts.
