This Nutrition section will eventually include the best food sources for specific nutrients, recipes for health, and local organic growers,  but for now that information can be easily found in a million other places. For the moment, I'd like to offer some personal suggestions for making a good nutritional lifestyle easier to achieve. In a blog, Confessions of an Overweight Fitness Trainer, I shared the things that made a big difference in my life regarding food and fitness - the things both  positive  and  negative! On the 'Helpful Tools" page I will share some of the positive tangible factors relative to nutrition. Emotional and Attitudinal factors are addressed elsewhere. Remember our motto: If your lifestyle does not control your body, eventually your body will control your lifestyle. The choice is yours. Anything that makes it easier is a tool you want in your toolbox.
