Vitamins - Minerals - Whole Food - Optimum Nutrition
There is so much to be said about nutrition -- what exactly is needed and how much and where best to acquire it.
.
Your nutritional intake affects your body on a cellular level, influencing how well & how quickly you will respond to the bodywork we provide. Rebecca Saindon is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. At the Nashville Neuromuscular Center, we discuss nutritional information based on  peer reviewed published studies and opinions based on our own personal experiences.  In general, we feel strongly that the best and most complete nutrition can be acquired from organic or trueganic sources of whole foods consumed daily.  (Preferably from local growers)   We believe you have the ability to satisfy your nutritional needs largely by the food and beverage choices you make.  We can refer you to reputable Certified Nutritionists and Registered Dietitians for more in-depth assistance with your food plans if needed.
.
If you find that you cannot get enough of a specific nutrient needed for your unique condition through your food, or you want to super charge your nutritional intake with green drinks,  we can help you research and select a reputable source for supplementation. All supplements are not created equal. Just as with your food, the source needs to be pure and uncontaminated,  the preparation carefully processed to not destroy or compromise the integrity of the nutritional contents, and the end product must be in a form that can be easily assimilated by your body. We are not loyal to any particular brand of supplements; we are loyal only to quality
